Hey, I'm Leila! My journey in Marketing started over 13 years ago, where I worked in-house for brands and agencies, running campaigns with thousands of creators.
Along the way, I became self-employed, navigated constant industry changes along with burnout! But through it all, I discovered what I was most passionate about...showing others what’s possible in this industry and helping creators bring their dreams to life.
Why coaching? After seeing the lack of support and guidance for creators, I knew there was an opportunity to create something that could change the game. That’s when I founded The Creator Academy...a platform built to give creators the resources, education and mentorship they need to see longevity in this industry.
In 2024, I decided to become a content creator myself, to prove that anyone, no matter where they start, can gain the confidence to show up online and build a career around YOU & your goals.
