hey, I'm Leila!
I've always had a creative mindset (the proof is in my Notes app!). I'm full of curiosity, new ideas and seeing where they can lead.
My career started over 14 years ago in digital marketing, working both in-house and agency-side with brands, while collaborating with thousands of creators behind the scenes. But I craved more, so I became self-employed, offering talent management services to creators and freelancing with brands.
Over the last 10 years, I've navigated uncertainty, burnout and the process of redefining what I wanted my work to look like more times than I can count. I've watched the creator industry evolve, adapted through constant change and built a career around creativity, strategy and turning ideas into opportunities.
Now I'm taking everything I've learned from those years to help creators build businesses that give them more freedom. Whether that's landing brand partnerships, creating new income streams or turning their skills into something sustainable, my goal is to help you build a business that works for the life you want to live.
